Previously, Jon was Co-Founder and CEO of Client Chat Live, developing and guiding the business to a successful acquisition by the parent company of Alert Communications. Having scaled and sold a bootstrapped tech and service business that served over 600 law firms and legal marketing agencies, Jon understands the value of delivering for customers and building a capable team.
